Welcome to Crafty Art Studio, located at 13005 Emerald Pass Ave., El Paso, TX, 79928. By registering for any event, class, workshop, or session hosted by our studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Registration & Payment

• All registrations must be completed online or through our approved booking channels.
• Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseeable circumstances. If Crafty Art Studio cancels the session, a credit or refund will be issued.

2. Final Sales Policy (No Refunds / No Exchanges / No Event Changes)

• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or scheduling conflicts.
• Registrations may not be transferred, rescheduled, or exchanged for any other date or event.
• Event bookings may not be changed once confirmed — no exceptions.

3. Arrival & Participation

• Participants are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Late arrivals may not receive full instruction time and will not be refunded or credited.
• We provide a judgment-free, friendly environment intended to encourage creativity and fun.

4. Alcohol Consumption (If Applicable)

• Some events may be BYOB or include alcoholic beverages (where legally permitted).
• Alcohol may only be consumed by guests aged 21 and over with valid ID.
• Participants assume full responsibility for their alcohol consumption and actions during the event.

5. Artwork & Creative Process

• Instruction is provided for artistic guidance, but individual results may vary.
• Guests are welcome to customize their artwork during the session.
• Completed artwork is the property of the individual participant.

6. Photography & Media Release

• During events, the studio may take photos or videos for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes.
• By attending, you grant Crafty Art Studio permission to use your image unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

7. Liability Waiver

Participants understand and agree that:

• Art sessions may involve materials such as paints, easels, brushes, and water containers.
• Crafty Art Studio is not responsible for paint damage to personal clothing or belongings.
• Guests participate at their own risk and waive any claims against Crafty Art Studio for personal injury, property damage, or loss.

8. Children & Family-Friendly Classes (If Applicable)

• Some classes may be designated specifically for adults or minors.
• Age restrictions will be clearly listed for each event and must be followed.

9. Code of Conduct

• We maintain a respectful, welcoming, and enjoyable creative environment.
• Crafty Art Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual displaying disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior without refund.

10. Agreement

By making a reservation, attending an event, or participating in any activity organized by Crafty Art Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
